Your ring should fit comfortably. It should be loose enough to slide over your knuckle, but your ring shouldn’t turn around too easily once it’s on. If you are planning a surprise proposal, we find that asking a family member (mother, sister) or friend usually works. Most people are thrilled to help with that kind of a surprise! Yes, We provide engraved service. For an additional $35, you can add a personalized message to the interior of your band.
Not all rings can be engraved: Please contact us to discuss your options before placing an order. Note: the process will add an additional three to five days to the production process. Our engraving service is non-refundable.
We accept PayPal. Orders will be put into production or shipped until full payment is received.
Our rings are Made to Order, which means after receive order, we will specifically craft your rings based on the metal, diamond/gemstone, and size you choose. The average production time is around 3 weeks. Please contact us prior to checkout for rush orders. Thank you!

Since your ring is made specifically for you, we truly appreciate if you could finalize your choice before placing the order. If you need to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible (within 1 to 2 days). But please keep it in mind that any changes will delay production.

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us. Our gemologist and jeweler will determine the cause of the damage, and, if it falls under our responsibility, we will repair the piece free of charge.
If the damage is outside of our responsibility, we will quote you a price for repairs and only move forward once we have your approval.
